Experience: 20 years in marketing, 11 years in service design. Collaborated with a wide range of companies in various fields.
Mari is a visiting lecturer at the University of Tartu, Pärnu College, where she teaches brand management and service design methods to master’s students. Additionally, she mentors on topics related to service design and understanding customers at Nula and Tallinn Creative Incubator.
